Who runs this site

parcosigurta.com is an independent visitor guide to Parco Giardino Sigurtà. It is not run by the park and is not affiliated with it. The tickets we link to are sold by Tiqets, and their own privacy policy applies when you book with them.

What we collect

If you sign up for the 2027 ticket email, we store:

• your email address
• the language version of the site you used
• the page you signed up on
• the date and time of your signup
• the exact consent sentence you agreed to

Why we collect it

To send you one email when tickets for the 2027 season, starting with Tulipmania 2027, go on sale, plus at most one reminder. We do not use your email address for anything else and we do not send newsletters.

Legal basis

Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the box on the signup form. You can withdraw it at any time. This does not affect emails already sent.

How long we keep it

We delete your email address once the 2027 season has opened and the announcement has been sent, and at the latest on 30 June 2027.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share your email address with anyone, including the park and Tiqets. It is stored securely with our technical hosting provider, which processes it only on our behalf to run this site.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives information such as your IP address, your browser and the pages you view. The email address you sign up with is never sent to Google Analytics.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing privacy@parcosigurta.com. Every email we send also contains an unsubscribe link. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
